  3. This file if placed in the Red Alert directory lets you edit
  4. most of the values in the game.   If you have ever played
  5. with the user.con or game.con in Duke3D you know what I'm
  6. talking about.   This is a fresh copy extracted straight out
  7. of the redalert.mix, it has no modifications other than the
  8. ones made by the programers.   I did this because a copy that
  9. I got had already been edited and I felt like having a fresh
  10. copy.  I have also noticed that this version is also more
  11. documented.
